Buying a pre-owned e-Bike doesn't have to come with the worry if things go wrong. For your peace of mind, eBikeBuyer include a comprehensive 12 month warranty on all our listed Approved Used e-Bikes. This warranty is provided by us directly and is not connected to any existing manufacturer warranty that may be in place. 

Our Warranty Includes

• 12 months protection against faults or defects to all main components including the frame, motor, battery and electrics.

For valid claims, we'll arrange to get your e-Bike back on the road at no cost to you. Simply let us know about the issue and you can either use a local bicycle repair shop (we will reimburse you for any costs
incurred) or we can arrange for the e-Bike to be returned to us for repair. 

• Normal wear and tear
• Faults or defects caused by negligence by the buyer or through inadequate maintenance 
• If there is evidence of rust/corrosion due to over-exposure to wet or moist conditions
• Misuse and accidental damage. 
• Any consumables e.g. tyres, inner tubes, brakes, brake pads, chain and bearings.
• Commercial use e.g. courier/delivery services or private hire
• Any modifications or alterations made to the e-Bike post-sale

Warranty Conditions

The 12 month warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original owner only. Proof of purchase is required before submitting a claim.

1. The warranty period starts from the date of receiving your e-Bike and ends automatically 1 year later. Any claims made outside this time period will be invalid.
2. The 12 month warranty applies to all listed e-Bikes.  
3. Any faults/defects must be demonstrated via photo/video for our
   technicians to verify. eBikeBuyer will then either arrange for the repair to be carried out at a local repair centre or if this is not possible, arrange for the bike to be returned to us for repair. For
   valid claims, eBikeBuyer will cover the cost of warranty shipping. 
4. It is at the sole discretion of eBikeBuyer to determine the validity of any claims.
