Yes. We ask for proof of purchase to help verify ownership. This can usually be a receipt or email order confirmation. If you no longer have this, contact us and we can advise on alternative evidence.

It’s free to create your listing and there’s no fee unless your eBike sells. Our seller fee is based on the final sale price and is deducted from your payout.

Seller payouts are made by bank transfer. For first-time sellers, payout is normally released 10 working days after delivery or collection. Repeat sellers are normally paid within 4 working days. This allows time for delivery confirmation and any Buyer Protection issues to be resolved.

Buyers have 48 hours after delivery to report a significant issue if the eBike is materially different from the listing. Buyers cannot simply return the bike because they change their mind. If an issue is raised, we’ll review the information from both sides and help work towards a fair resolution.

Once the bike is sold, we arrange collection from you using our specialist courier and coordinate delivery to the buyer. Bikes are normally transported fully assembled, so you don't need to box the eBike yourself.

We support sellers across mainland UK. Some remote areas of Scotland and offshore locations may have additional restrictions or collection costs, so please contact us if you're unsure.

Please describe your eBike, condition and any known faults as accurately as possible. If the bike differs significantly from the listing, the buyer may raise an issue under Buyer Protection.
