Giant Fathom E+ (2026)

Seller identity and ownership evidence checked before approval.

Every bike listed on our marketplace is checked to confirm it is being sold by its genuine owner. As part of our verification process, we review seller identity, proof of purchase where available, frame number details, and supporting photos before the listing is approved. This extra layer of verification helps protect buyers from fraud and gives greater confidence in every purchase.

Fully assembled mainland UK delivery with no setup required.

For a flat £79 fee, your bike is delivered fully assembled and ready to ride. Delivery is normally within 4-7 working days. We use specialist couriers experienced in handling premium electric bikes, ensuring safe transport from seller to your door without the hassle of boxed delivery or home assembly. Please note this service excludes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands.

No boxes. No tools. No assembly. Just ready to ride.

Prefer to collect locally? We’ll coordinate the handover for you.

If you’re local to the seller, collection can be arranged as an alternative to our nationwide delivery service. Once payment is secured, we coordinate directly with the seller to confirm a convenient collection time and handover details. This allows you to collect the bike in person while still benefiting from our secure payment process and buyer protection.

Funds are only released after successful delivery and protection checks.

Payments are handled securely through trusted payment partners, and funds are only released once the bike has been successfully delivered and the buyer protection period has ended. This helps protect both buyer and seller throughout the transaction.

Your payment stays protected until the bike is safely delivered.

Your payment is protected until the bike has been delivered and you have had the opportunity to confirm it matches the listing description. In the unlikely event of an issue, our buyer protection process helps ensure a fair resolution, giving you added peace of mind when purchasing a used electric bike online.
