Sell Your Electric Bike

If you wish to proceed with the sale, we require proof of purchase to prove you are the owner of the e-Bike. We accept paper receipts or email order confirmations showing your details and the bike purchased. If you have difficulty obtaining this please contact us and we can advise alternative proof. In certain cases we may need copies of ID to confirm ownership 

Payment is made via bank transfer only. For marketplace listings, payment will be processed 2 working days after delivery of your e-Bike to the buyer. For guaranteed options, we pay an initial payment upon inspection of your e-Bike and a final balance payment once your e-Bike is sold. If your e-Bike remains unsold after 45 days we automatically pay the balance payment. All payments normally take 2-3 working days to clear into your account. 

For guaranteed/cash payment options you can visit our Hertfordshire depot (HP2 7FU) to drop off your e-bike instead of using the courier service. This service is by appointment only and with a prior valuation reference. Please do not turn up without an appointment as you will not be served.

For marketplace listings, our fee's range from 11-14% depending on the final sale value. There are no shipping costs to send your e-Bike to the buyer. 

For guaranteed sale/cash offer there are no fee's or charges. 

All buyers have 2 working days after delivery to check the bike is as described before we pay the seller. This is to avoid mis-selling and ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties. If the buyer makes a claim during this period, we will temporarily pause the sale until the issue is resolved amicably for both parties. 

Buyers can only request a return if the item is significantly not as described e.g. faults with major components such as the battery or motor and/or the condition significantly differs from the description. Returns are not permitted if the buyer simply changes their mind or for minor issues. 

We only list working e-Bikes. Cosmetic damage is expected but any structural issues such as broken forks, motor or battery issues will prevent us from listing your e-Bike. 

We specialise in electric bikes, so we understand the differences between the brands and types of bike on offer. We calculate the value of your electric bike based on make, model, age, mileage and condition. Lower mileage electric bikes will generate a higher value as will electric bikes in excellent condition. Complete our online listing form with all the details of your e-Bike and you will get a estimated listing price range. 

It is in your interest to be as complete and open about the condition of your e-Bike. When a buyer checks your e-Bike and notices something not declared in the listing or the condition significantly differs as described we may have to cancel the order.
