Warranty

Buying a pre-owned eBike doesn't have to come with the worry if things go wrong. For your peace of mind, eBikeBuyer include a comprehensive 12 month warranty on all our listed eBikes. This warranty is provided by us directly and is not connected to any existing manufacturer warranty that may be in place. 

Our Warranty Includes

• 12 months protection against faults or defects to all main components including the frame, motor, battery and electrics.

How It Works

For valid claims, we'll arrange to get your eBike back on the road at no cost to you. Simply let us know about the issue and you can either use a local bicycle repair shop (we will reimburse you for any costs incurred) or we can arrange for the eBike to be returned to us for repair. 

What It Doesn’t Cover

• Normal wear and tear
• Faults or defects caused by negligence by the buyer or through inadequate maintenance 
• If there is evidence of rust/corrosion due to over-exposure to wet or moist conditions
• Misuse and accidental damage. 
• Any consumables e.g. tyres, inner tubes, brakes, brake pads, chain and bearings.
• Commercial use e.g. courier/delivery services or private hire
• Any modifications or alterations made to the eBike post-sale
