Warranty

Buying a pre-owned e-Bike doesn't have to come with the worry if things go wrong. For your peace of mind, eBikeBuyer include a comprehensive 12 month warranty on all our listed Approved Used e-Bikes. This warranty is provided by us directly and is not connected to any existing manufacturer warranty that may be in place. 

Our Warranty Includes

• 12 months protection against faults or defects to all main components including the frame, motor, battery and electrics.

How It Works

For valid claims, we'll arrange to get your e-Bike back on the road at no cost to you. Simply let us know about the issue and you can either use a local bicycle repair shop (we will reimburse you for any costs incurred) or we can arrange for the e-Bike to be returned to us for repair. 

What It Doesn’t Cover

• Normal wear and tear
• Faults or defects caused by negligence by the buyer or through inadequate maintenance 
• If there is evidence of rust/corrosion due to over-exposure to wet or moist conditions
• Misuse and accidental damage. 
• Any consumables e.g. tyres, inner tubes, brakes, brake pads, chain and bearings.
• Commercial use e.g. courier/delivery services or private hire
• Any modifications or alterations made to the e-Bike post-sale
